Im Inneren arbeitet ein Snapdragon 200 als Prozessor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB Speicher, dazu ein 4″-Display mit 800 x 480 Pixel und einem 1.500 mAh starken Akku, Mit dem sensationellen Preis von nur 70 US-Dollar ist die Zielgruppe des Smartphones klar definiert. Installiert ist Windows Phone 8.1 inklusive Denim-Update. Sobald Windows 10 für Telefone erscheint kann das Lumia 430 von der neuen Software profitieren. Im April soll das Handy in den Handel kommen. In ausgewählten Ländern, darunter Russland, Ukraine und Kasachstan.

“Ping-Pong-Go Round” ist ein runder Tischtennis Spass des in Singapur ansässigen Künstlers Lee Wen. “A round Ping-Pong table was made out of plywood. It was made up of 15 tabletops to be set up as doughnut shaped. The diameter was 6 meters across. Players play from inside to another player on the outside. After constructing it, the table was set up for a day in a community center for play by casual visitors. It looked like a sculpture by itself and yet when it is being played it becomes a structure for a sport or game.”
